Billing and supply:
The invoice for payment, as well as the supply of goods are made directly by the manufacturer:

In some cases billing and delivery can also be done by Nutrivita.

Limits on the supply of products:
All our products are available only in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. We do not accept orders from other countries.
The supply of goods is made directly by the producer.

Product Availability:
All products are in principle available. In the event that a product ordered is not available, the customer is contacted by us to agree on a solution.

Product quality:
Our products meet the stringent standards of high quality imposed by our corporate philosophy. In the event that the customer should receive a product battering, it will be replaced for free.

Minimum order value:
A minimum order value is not established.

Normally with invoice payable upon receipt of the goods. However, we may require prepayment by invoice that is sent before the delivery of the goods.
Prices include VAT.
Subject to price changes.

The delivery is done by courier DPD (Dynamic Parcel Distribution) within 3-5 days.
Shipping: Flat rate of CHF 12.00 regardless of the weight or value of the goods.

For sending of samples, you can choose to dispatch the ECONOMY or PRIORITY mail by the Swiss Post.
Shipping: between CHF 7.00 and CHF 23.00, depending on weight and type of delivery.

Catalogue are sending to you for free.

Returns and Refunds:
The ordered goods can be returned by mail within 14 days from the ordering date only if intact in its original packaging. The postage costs are entirely borne by the customer. Any goods already paid will be reimbursed in full, except for the shipping.

We are not liable for damages of transport. The packaging is prepared in a manner suitable for shipment. The package will be sent under the responsibility of the client. The Shipping rules of the Swiss Post are applied. The responsibility for damage during shipping is of the client. Any damage present for the delivery of the package must be immediately reported to the bellman who must complete a report for the possible damages by the carrier. Whatever claiming to be documented with photographs and must be submitted no later than the day following the delivery.
